A whole shell opened at the top and scored around the outside, sitting on a cork ring that keeps the damp off your furniture. Sized for pothos, succulents and cuttings.

Drainage is up to you: leave the plant in its nursery pot inside the shell if you water heavily, or plant straight in and water sparingly.

Cut and finished from wasted coconut shell, a byproduct of the coconut harvest that would otherwise be discarded. Hand-sanded and sealed with natural oil — no plastics, resins or synthetic coatings.

• —Keep the plant in its nursery pot, or line the shell, if you water heavily.
• —Tip out any standing water at the base.
• —Wipe the outside dry to keep the polish.
