Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Tell us which lines interest you and we'll arrange samples so you can check size, finish and feel before committing to a bulk order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and how much customisation is involved. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly whether it works and what it costs.
Can you put our brand on the products?
Yes. We laser-engrave logos directly onto the shell, and can supply private-label packaging designed around your brand.
Is coconut shell food-safe?
Our tableware is cleaned, sanded and finished with a food-safe oil. Coconut shell is not suitable for dishwashers or microwaves; we include care guidance for your customers.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. Share your destination country and we'll quote packing and shipping to suit your order, along with the export documentation it needs.
No two shells are identical. How do you keep a batch consistent?
Shells are graded by size before they are worked, and production is matched to the sample you approved. Natural variation in grain and colour remains. It's part of the product.
