Serving Spoon & Slotted Server Set

Two long-handled servers for the table: one solid for rice and curries, one slotted so liquid drains back into the dish. The handles are long enough to reach the bottom of a deep pot.

The slots are sawn through the shell by hand, which is why no two sets have quite the same spacing.

Coconut shell

Turned from wasted coconut shell — a byproduct of the coconut harvest that would otherwise be burned or thrown away. Sealed with a food-safe natural oil. No plastics, resins or synthetic coatings at any stage.

• —Hand wash with a mild soap; do not leave to soak.
• —Towel dry and store somewhere cool and dry.
• —Keep out of the microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
• —Re-oil occasionally with food-safe coconut oil to keep the grain bright.
