Hanging Macramé Planter
Shell pot in a hand-knotted cotton hanger
₹420
12 × 12 × 60 cm · 180 g
Description
A half shell cradled in a macramé hanger knotted from undyed cotton cord. The whole thing weighs very little, so it hangs from a hook, a curtain rod or a balcony rail without ceremony.
The cord is knotted by hand to about 60 cm; tie it shorter if you need to. Shell and cord are both compostable at the end of their life.
Contents
1 coconut shell planter, 1 macramé cotton hanger
Material
Coconut shell
Cut and finished from wasted coconut shell, a byproduct of the coconut harvest that would otherwise be discarded. Hand-sanded and sealed with natural oil — no plastics, resins or synthetic coatings.
Care
- Keep the plant in its nursery pot, or line the shell, if you water heavily.
- Tip out any standing water at the base.
