Coconut Shell Jar with Cork Lid

A rounded shell container closed with a thick cork disc that presses into the rim. The cork keeps air out well enough for coffee beans, tea, dry spices or anything you would rather not leave open.

The shell is left with more of its natural shell texture on the outside than the rest of the range — it is a deliberately rougher, more raw finish.

Turned from wasted coconut shell — a byproduct of the coconut harvest that would otherwise be burned or thrown away. Sealed with a food-safe natural oil. No plastics, resins or synthetic coatings at any stage.

• —Hand wash with a mild soap; do not leave to soak.
• —Towel dry and store somewhere cool and dry.
• —Keep out of the microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
• —Re-oil occasionally with food-safe coconut oil to keep the grain bright.
