Coconut Shell Teacup — Set of 2

Pedestal cups turned from single wasted coconut shells, each finished with a slim curved handle. The shell holds heat gently, so a hot drink stays hot while the cup stays comfortable to hold.

Every shell is cut, turned and sanded by artisan families in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, then sealed with a food-safe natural finish. Because no two shells grow alike, the grain, the depth of colour and the exact dimensions differ between the two cups in your set.

Turned from wasted coconut shell — a byproduct of the coconut harvest that would otherwise be burned or thrown away. Sealed with a food-safe natural oil. No plastics, resins or synthetic coatings at any stage.

• —Hand wash with a mild soap; do not leave to soak.
• —Towel dry and store somewhere cool and dry.
• —Keep out of the microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
• —Re-oil occasionally with food-safe coconut oil to keep the grain bright.
