Coconut Shell Serving Bowl with Ladle

A deeper pedestal bowl meant for the middle of the table, paired with a long-handled ladle that reaches the base without your fingers following it in. Sized for curries, rice, chutneys and dips.

Both pieces are wasted shell; the ladle handle is turned hardwood, left unfinished so it stays dry in the hand.

Coconut shell

Turned from wasted coconut shell — a byproduct of the coconut harvest that would otherwise be burned or thrown away. Sealed with a food-safe natural oil. No plastics, resins or synthetic coatings at any stage.

• —Hand wash with a mild soap; do not leave to soak.
• —Towel dry and store somewhere cool and dry.
• —Keep out of the microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
• —Re-oil occasionally with food-safe coconut oil to keep the grain bright.
