Coconut Shell Spoon Set

Three spoons, each with an oval shell scoop set into a length of coconut wood. The shell is thin enough at the edge to use comfortably, and the wood keeps its grip when wet.

Coconut wood is a byproduct too — it comes from palms already felled at the end of their fruiting life, so nothing is cut for this.

Coconut shell

Turned from wasted coconut shell — a byproduct of the coconut harvest that would otherwise be burned or thrown away. Sealed with a food-safe natural oil. No plastics, resins or synthetic coatings at any stage.

• —Hand wash with a mild soap; do not leave to soak.
• —Towel dry and store somewhere cool and dry.
• —Keep out of the microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
• —Re-oil occasionally with food-safe coconut oil to keep the grain bright.
